Pre-Order
All items are available on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated.
A deposit (DP) is required to secure an order.
Standard ETA is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date the deposit is received.
ETA is an estimate only and may be affected by supplier availability, shipping schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
Prices displayed represent the deposit amount unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance and shipping fees will be calculated once the item arrives and is ready for dispatch.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Orders may be cancelled if final payment is not completed within the stated timeframe.

Product appearance and color may vary depending on sunlight, lighting conditions, photography settings, and screen displays.
Minor variations in color tone, leather grain, texture, hardware finish, and production batches are considered normal and are not defects.
Returns & Refunds
All live sessions, reviews, and catalog photos featured on our platforms are based on actual customer orders. We review and showcase the exact items purchased by our customers, so what you see is the same product you will receive.
All sales are final.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted due to change of mind, personal preference, color expectations, ETA delays, or minor product variations.
Claims for incorrect items or significant undisclosed defects must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by a complete unedited unboxing video.

All content, photographs, videos, and materials created by Pompous Finds remain the property of Pompous Finds and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
